Udon Noodles & Crispy Tofu

I finally took a picture of one of my go-to weekday meals. Here’s the recipe.

Some other go-tos are easily handfuls of cereal and the remaining carrot sticks that fell out of the plastic bag or eggs in any shape and form. Oh. I love eggs. I’m going to agree with Willie Dufresne and say it’s one of my favorite foods. After garlic of course.

Also, on a non-food related note…everyone should go watch Mad Men on AMC! It’s about high-powered executives in a top advertising agency in the 1960’s (mm Don Draper). It’s well executed and is incredibly authentic in its historical representation. The women’s stories are the most interesting-you can really begin to understand their struggle and frusteration trying to live under the social pressures of the times. If you work in advertising, it also gives a great insight into the evolution of the industry.

That’s it for tonight. Happy eating!
